Restaurant Casa Dos Ecos By Pedro Lemos

Creation of a product that met the needs of preparing different types of food in a wood-fired oven. All dimensions were customized and a support with wheels was adapted to allow the oven to be mobile. Its projected cork finish, in burgundy, fits perfectly with the Douro landscapes where this space is located.

Restaurant Mugasa

Wood-fired oven with customized internal and external dimensions to meet the need of roasting six piglets per batch. The client chose a projected cork finish and an interior made of refractory brick.

Restaurant – Bomfim 1896 With Pedro Lemos

Construction of wood-fired ovens, embedded in the wall. These ovens are intended for the preparation and finishing of various dishes. Their entire interior is made of refractory brick and their cast iron door is fixed.

Restaurant Habitat – Terra E Fogo

Oven built with measurements that allowed the use of the existing counter on site as a workbench and also allowed the entry of trays for cooking paellas. The entire model presents a distinctive aesthetic and an interesting integration.

Pizzeria Notitalian

Oven designed for wood-fired pizza baking. The client wanted something that matched the aesthetic of the space and chose a pink mosaic finish. The door dimensions and height were all studied together with the client.
